The most underrated benefit of AI for enterprise is the communication it strips out. Not less human contact, but less overhead. Once meetings are recorded and AI gives each person only the parts that matter, silos start to dissolve, and remote work starts to look like the cure rather than the cause.

The productivity gain from AI is real and compounding. The decision that actually matters is whether leaders spend it on cost cutting, more output, or far better quality. I think the winners will reframe AI as intelligence, and adoption as a mindset rather than a tool.

AI is making software faster to build, but the scarce part is shifting to domain knowledge, feedback loops, organisational context, IP, and maintenance.
